Animal Kingdom Dining Guide
Animal Kingdom Dining Guide
Animal Kingdom has some great dining experiences from a fantastic character buffet restaurant to some of the best snack options across the resort!
We have put together the below guide to help you work out what dining options would suit you and your family.
Table Service
Hollywood Studios has 4 table service restaurants and 1 lounge which are detailed below. Reservations are recommended for all of these and can be made up to 60 days in advance of your visit.
Tusker House Restaurant (Character Dining)
Located in Africa, this restaurant lets you dine with Donald Duck and friends and is one of our favourite character dining experiences! Serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, prices start at $49 per adult for breakfast. The food here is really good, with all of the usual kids offerings plus other delicious African-inspired flavours.
Yak & Yeti Restaurant
Located in Asia, we absolutely love this restaurant where you can dine on Pan-Asian food whilst looking out over the theme park whilst you recharge your batteries at the Nepalese-style restaurant. Serving lunch and dinner, adult meals start from $23.

Tiffins Restaurant
Located in Discovery Island this restaurant serves international cuisine inspired by exploration and adventure. Meals start at $36 per adult and signature dishes include butter chicken and charred octopus! We love that this restaurant celebrates the bold spirit of global discovery and the imagineers and animal experts who built this park!
Rainforest Café
Located just outside of the park entrance (but accessible from inside the park) this immersive restaurant is always a hit! American eats with a tropical twist are on the menu as you dine surrounded by animatronic animals and listen to the sounds of thunderclaps and sudden rainstorms! Our top tip here is to join the Landry’s Select Club before dining and you can skip the queue and be seated at the next available table which can save a long wait if you’ve not booked in advance here. Meals start at $20 per adult.
Nomad Lounge
Located in Discovery Island, stop off at this refreshing oasis to discover speciality cocktails and enticing appetisers from across the globe. Small plates start at $14 and this is one of the few places in Walt Disney World you can get allergy friendly churros - great for anyone who is gluten free!
Quick Service Dining
Quick service dining is a great option where you do not have to make a reservation ahead of time so you can decide what to do and where to go on the day. You can utilise mobile ordering at many of these spot via the app which reduces the time you will spend in a queue!
Satu’li Canteen (Pandora - The World of Avatar) - International-inspired bowls where you can customise your protein, base and sauce. Also serves the famous cheeseburger pods which are not to be missed!

Tamu Tamu Refreshments (Africa) - African-inspired dishes such as chicken curry and unique frozen desserts.
